If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 12 years is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Up to two children under 12 years are charged ZAR 250.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 50.00 per hour.
